Bob Kenzer, Chairman and CEO of Kenzer Corp., is pleased to announce the promotion of Elaine C. Erickson, Executive Vice President, to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Elaine's great strength in senior level executive placement has been a major factor in placing her in the forefront of the recruiting industry.

Elaine joined Kenzer Corp. in 1977 as an Associate in the New York office. In 1989 she became Kenzer Corp.'s first Group Vice President heading up both the Dallas and Atlanta offices until 1996. In 1996 Elaine relocated to New York and became the first Executive Vice President of Kenzer Corp. Her experience prior to search includes various buying, store line and operations positions with Macy's, now a division of Federated Department Stores. Elaine brings to this position a career and knowledge spanning 28 years in the executive search arena. Under her leadership and direction, Kenzer Corp. has become a dominant force in retail, wholesale, manufacturing and supply chain recruiting. A native of New Jersey, Elaine is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA degree in Sociology.
